“A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.”
The phrase "shall not be infringed" contained in the Second Amendment to the Constitution for the United States precludes any lawful requirement by the State for citizens to obtain a concealed carry or open carry permit, as a license or permit is not now, nor ever has been rightly required to freely exercise any of our enumerated constitutional rights; much less the God-given, natural right to keep and bear arms in defense of oneself, family, neighbor and state.
The second clause of Article VI, of the Constitution for the United States reads:
“This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding. “
Therefore any and all policies, rules, “laws”, amendments, “executive orders”, etc. which infringe upon or presume to change the original meaning of the Second Amendment to the Constitution are deemed unconstitutional and ipso facto null and void.
It should be noted that as law enforcement officials are sworn under oath to uphold the Constitution for the United States, every attempt, successful or otherwise, by said officials to enforce any unconstitutional policy, rule, “law”, amendment, “executive order”, etc is a serious violation of that oath of office, constitutes willful dereliction of duty, demonstrates a conspiratorial failure to enforce the Supreme Law of the Land and by precedence may be determined to, in fact, be treason and an unlawful assault on The People.
Furthermore, any senior agent, including any elected or appointed legislator, executive, or judicial officer of the federal, state or local government purposely misrepresenting the meaning of the Second Amendment and/or promoting this misrepresentation through the legal system of the United States or the several states also violate their oath of office, create confusion among the people they are sworn to serve and force all law enforcement officials, sworn to uphold the Constitution, into an untenable position. As a result, innocent citizens are unduly harassed, intimidated, threatened with arrest, and in many cases physically bullied by errant police officers into believing their Second Amendment rights may be arbitrarily infringed upon by those in positions of authority. Such misrepresentation of the law, intimidation, harassment, and bullying of the citizenry begs much needed correction, lest civil unrest, rebellion and ultimately societal chaos ensue, negating all attempts to promote the proper order and peace required to maintain a civil society.
It falls upon us, patriotic individuals who hold our Second Amendment and other God-given rights sacrosanct, to expose the State’s misrepresentation of the Second Amendment as yet another fraud upon The People, And this not by violence, but by educating the public, whether via regular internet blogs, newspaper editorials, or by persistent active participation in open carry events. We must be committed to using our votes in our local and state elections as a means to express uncompromising insistence upon a return to the constitutional rule of law and never again allow this fraud perpetrated by the State to supersede our God-given, natural historic constitutional right to keep and bear arms. If we fail in this endeavor, the great experiment of this once free republic and the precious gem of liberty for which so many of our young men and women gave the ultimate sacrifice will have been in vain; instead made only to afford greedy self-serving individuals the fleeting illusion of power.
Thankfully, our Constitution for the United States provides We, The People, with the lawful and peaceful means of impeachment and constitutional removal from office (Article II, section 4) to correct the current imbalance of power and nullify the recent treasonous actions of tyrants presently seated in our government. Sadly, however, it seems our elected representatives do not possess the political will to make these corrections and serious consideration of other less-desirable means of correction, to which our illustrious Declaration of Independence so eloquently alludes, appears imminent.
I pray you are prepared, brothers and sisters.
